Let's imagine.... #2

There is no electricity......

1. in the class:
+ "SHIT!!!......"
+ "I can't see!!!"
+ "Aiyooo.... It's very hot..."
+ "Open the window...."
+ "Class, you may go back now." -which is Loloz's favourite part

2. at the food stall:
+ Queueing for lunch in the dark and stuffy environment... That sucks a lot.

3. sms:

+ " class is canceled."
+ "Today's class cancel. Plz tell the rest."

4. back in hostel/home:
+ You cannot on the fan...
+ You cannot play your song in your laptop coz you have to save the power for emergency use, such as last minute homework.
+ You cannot dispense hot water from your electric jug kettle.
+ You cannot dispense cold water from the water cooler either.
+ You also cannot buy cold 100plus from the vending machine.
+ You cannot wash you clothes with the machine.
+ You cannot sleep because the weather is too hot.
+ You cannot play game coz you are going to finish off ur laptop power very fast.
+ You cannot cook with electric rice cooker.
+ You have to worry about the food in the fridge because they can go bad.
+ You dont dare to move too much because you dont want to sweat.

5. If the power supply went out at night time....

+ hooo! Worse still.... What can we do?? We're lucky if there're candles. If not? handphone light or torchlight. But how long can the power last?
+ You want to shit.... I think this can be the first time that you have to worry how u're going to shit. With no light or insufficient lighting, you can accidentally slipped into the toilet bowl. Or, you might drop your torchlight or handphone into the toilet bowl.
+ You want to shower... U might accidentally use the dishwashing liquid as your shampoo...
I was just joking, by the way. That is not likely to happen.



Let's imagine if you were to live in dono how many years ago... When there is no electricity...

1. You have to burn charcoal to cook food and boil water.
2. Watch the moon at night. No TV for you.
3. You want to distribute flyers and the only way is to write every piece of it. Few lines wrong, you have to rewrite it. No "delete", "cut", "copy" and "paste" keys for you. No liquid paper for you either.
4. You have to use birdmail instead of email.
5. You have to drink from the river.
6. You dont have fan. But that should be ok because I think the weather in the old time should be a lot cooler than the weather now.
7. If you're a woman, you will have to learn needlework. That's how people spend their time without electricity.
8. If you are out in town and wanted to ajak your friend for lunch, you cannot just call them out. You cannot go straight to their house coz they might out too.

In the past when there is no electricity, people survived just as well.... Maybe not as entertained and comfortable and convenient as we are. But, they wont complain so much like we do when there's no electricity.

Imagine.... if there is no electricity.
