Simple Thing

I find it a bit difficult to copy or write a long essay with hand... Or to decorate cards with hand since I left school.... Most of the time, I would just simply scribble down notes or if possible, I would type them into the notepad and save them in my Desktop. If I have to answer questions during exam, I would just scribble the answer using my Shaker unless the examiner asked to use pen.

But I surprised myself the other day with the hand-decorated piece on the right pix above. Thought I couldn't do it without Photoshop... X)

Dinner in hostel last Wednesday....I love the fish fillet!! Took me around 1 hour to finish frying them.... But I think it's worth it!!! They're DELICIOUS!! Caryn's black pepper sauce made them PERFECT!! Wooolala~~

And this steamed egg!! OMG!! I struggled soooo long to find out how to make a super smooth steamed egg... I've tried putting the eggs into fridge first; adding less water; adding more water; add water before I beat the egg; add water after I beat the egg.... AND I failed all the time... I made a perfect one once, but accidentally... And then Caryn went and asked her mum the secret of making a smooth steamed egg.... And the secret is; Add 100ml of water to each egg u added. Just that simple!!

Oh!! Did I tell you my baby arrived in Johor?? A cutesy little white Charade with manual gear!!! Im not that good with clutch yet... Still learning how to control it but am improving... X)
